Tom’s experience in the U.S. Air Force, including seven years of Air Force Recruiting and serving as the Health Professions Director of Recruiting for the 3545th USAF Recruiting Squadron in St. Louis, MO, has given him the experience in fast-paced high pressure environments, strong analytical skills and ability to adapt to ever-changing priorities that are so important to successful recruiting.Tom brings almost 30 years of experience in staffing to his role at TechnoSmarts. He manages the full lifecycle of engagement support from sourcing to reference checks, and provides strong expertise in recruitment, resourcing, and staffing solutions for both IT and non-IT requisitions.
